Ordering

Can I place an order now?

The catalog and cart are available for browsing, but payment methods are not active yet. Checkout will open after the store owner completes payment setup.

What currency is used?

Prices are displayed in US dollars (USD).

Shipping

Where do you ship?

Randal Drip is structured for worldwide delivery. Some destinations may be unavailable when live shipping methods are configured.

How long does delivery take?

Allow 3–5 business days for processing and normally 10–20 business days for transit. Customs and carrier delays can extend these estimates.

Returns

What is the return window?

You may request a return for an eligible item within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn and returned with their original packaging.
