Shipping Policy

Randal Drip is designed to serve customers worldwide. Live destinations, services and shipping charges will be confirmed at checkout after shipping methods are enabled.

Processing time

Orders are normally prepared within 3–5 business days after successful payment. Weekends, public holidays, product launches and verification checks can extend processing.

Transit estimates

International transit normally takes 10–20 business days after dispatch. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Customs checks, weather and local carrier conditions may cause delays.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, the tracking number will be sent after dispatch. You can use the Track Your Order page once live ordering is enabled.

Customs and duties

International customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, brokerage charges or other fees assessed by the destination country unless checkout states otherwise.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete, deliverable address. Contact support promptly if an address needs correction; changes are not guaranteed after processing begins.

Lost or delayed parcels

For a materially delayed parcel, email support@randaldrip.org with the order number and tracking details so the carrier status can be investigated.
